Who we are

Vantrex Digi ("we", "us") operates vantrexdigi.com. Our office is at Mohali, Punjab, India. Questions about this policy go to hello@vantrexdigi.com.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive the name, work email, company and message you enter, plus the page you sent it from and the time. We do not collect payment details through this site.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare a marketing audit.
• To keep a record of leads so we can follow up and do not contact you twice.
• To keep the site secure and diagnose problems.

We do not sell personal data and we do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask to be added.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account and sent to us by email. The website is hosted on Vercel. Both providers process data under their own privacy terms. Data may be stored outside India on their servers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case contract records are kept as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@vantrexdigi.com and we will respond within 30 days. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also raise a grievance with us first, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the page itself.
